This page is dedicated to the memory of my Mother, Irene Sutherland; my Brother-in-law Dwane Nash, Aunt Ruth, Gramma Francis Bullard, My Dearest Friend Johnny McGill, Uncle Earl and Cousin Jim Sutherland.

It is also dedicated in honor of My Sister Susan, Aunt Eleanor, Aunt Evelyn, who have survived cancer.

And in honor of who are living with cancer.
